Well, unfortunatley the judge decided to recomend Grupo get Asarco. It now go's to the sale judge as to what company gets Asarco/where Mex works. The judge has to Oct 31 to decide. If he decides in favor of Grupo also, Mex will more then likley be out of a job Nov 1st. We have to move, our lease is up in a month and we cant take the chance to renew another 12 months in case we have no income. We were totally unprepared for this, we live from paycheck to paycheck, and everyone was confident that the judge would rule in favor of the employees, considering Grupo owned Asarco before and ran them into the ground and he knows damn well they are intending to close us down. By the way you can read all about what has happend on bloomberg.com, just type in Asarco. Anyway, there are a lot of people freaking out down here in Tucson. Mex and the kids and I might actually end up homeless for a few weeks because of this mess. So, for sure, when the internet go's down here, we wont be on for a few months. We might end up relocating back to WI, and we were told that North Dakota has TONS of jobs. There is nothing here for jobs at all and we have no money. Im sorry to vent gang, it just makes me sick to have to move my kids again and they are doing so well in school here. I am angry at the world. I have had so much crap thrown at me in my lifetime its a wonder I am still here. I do nothing wrong and yet I still get shit on. Yet the drug dealers, the people that beat their kids, live a happy life.
Its just not fair
Well, we will be on and off til the internet is shut off. No clue when we will be back.

I know what its like. We had to sell our old house, and move to a lower priced one in AR. Numbers: old house sold for 230k, after paying off everything (old bills), we could afford a 80k house. It is kind of run down, and has lots of critters that had to be removed. Still cant get some out though.

I wish you, mex, and the kids the best of luck Nuli...I really hope you are able to work things out for the best. Take care of yourself, and know that we will be waiting for you to get back with open arms. There are good opportunities out there, hopefully you can find one that will help your family out.

We already caught about 3 mice and removed them, and the snake that decided he would crawl through one day. Though there might be more mice and possible lizards. Was a unpleasant surprise the first summer in here, killed about 4 scorpions back then.

Life is not fair! But if you face the downs with your head held high, it WILL work out for you in the end. I really hope it works out so you don't have to move, but if you do, I wish you and Mex the best of luck in getting back on your feet quickly. We'll be thinking about you often and will be waiting patiently for you inevitable return. Good Luck and stay positive!
